Hello, dear readers! Today, we’ll take a Sunday walk through Paris, visiting famous monuments and learning about their history and importance.

Louvre Museum Row of Lamps

First, we’ll see the Louvre Museum. The lamps along the path to the museum are interesting. They light the way to the art inside at night. The Louvre was built as a fort in the 1100s. Later, it was changed and became a museum. It has thousands of artworks, like the Mona Lisa.

Palais de la Légion d'honneur

Next, we’ll see the Palais de la Légion d’honneur from far away. This 1700s palace is now a museum. It’s also where the Légion d’honneur meets. That’s a group that honors people who helped France.

Palais du Luxembourg Clock

We’ll end our walk at the Palais du Luxembourg, looking at its fancy clock with statues and the French flag. The Luxembourg Palace was built in the early 1600s. It’s important to French history. Now, it’s where the French Senate works. They help run the country. The clock shows how France has a long history and a well-organized government.

Our walk today showed us a little bit of Paris’s long and interesting history. I hope these pictures make you want to learn more about these monuments and the stories behind them.

Until next time, let’s keep exploring, learning, and taking pictures of things that interest us. Goodbye for now!
